SOUTH RANGE - Bertha E. Bonneau, 93, of South Range, died April 16, 2005, at Lourdes Nursing Home in Waterford, Mich.
She was born April 27, 1911, in Hurontown to the late John and Bertha Walters.
She married Bernard Bonneau 68 years ago. He died on February 23, 2005.
Bertha retired from DaimlerChrysler in Highland Park in 1975.
Surviving are one sister, Muriel Hedding and several nieces and nephews.
Bertha was also preceded in death by one sister, Alma Hills; two brothers, Roy and Clayton Walters.
Funeral services will be at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2005, at Coats Funeral Home in Waterford, Mich. with Pastor William Merrill officiating. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until time of services. Committal services will be held jointly for her and her late husband on May 18, 2005, 11 a.m. at the Forest Hill Cemetery in Houghton. The Mountain View Mortuary in South Range, Antila Funeral Service, Inc. is handling local arrangements.

SOUTH RANGE - Bernard Bonneau, 92, of South Range, died February 23, 2005, at Lourdes Nursing Home in Waterford, Mich.
He was born July 7, 1912, in Baltic, to the late Joseph and Florence Bonneau.
On April 10, 1937, he married the former Bertha Walters.
Bernard retired from the GM Tech Center in Warren.
Surviving are his wife, Bertha; his sister-in-law, Muriel Hedding; and several nieces and nephews.
Bernard was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in South Range.
A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 26, 2005, at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Waterford with Rev. Fr. James Lopez as celebrant.
The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral mass on Saturday at the church. A mass will be held in May at Holy Family Catholic Church in South Range. Spring burial will be in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Houghton.
Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church in the name of Bernard Bonneau.
